His creative agency BGS Connect partners with leadership teams to translate strategy into clear, compelling brand expression. His background spans freelance design, agency leadership, and in-house Creative Director roles, giving him a practical, execution-minded perspective.

With expertise across design, UX, photography, video, and marketing, Bradley leads creative work with intention and focus. He collaborates closely with strategic leadership to ensure creative decisions are grounded in purpose, direction, and business goals, and built for long-term partnership.
