Eagle Creek has been a leader in durable adventure gear and smart travel solutions since 1975, pioneering innovations like packing cubes. Following the pandemic’s impact on travel, the brand sought our expertise to transition two team members from merchandising to go-to-market brand leadership — part of our marketing strategy and training services.
Working alongside the Marketing Director and cross-functional teams in eCommerce, Creative, and Product Development, we delivered comprehensive training and support. Focusing on brand storytelling, product marketing, sustainability, and project management, we streamlined the GTM process and re-anchored the brand in purpose.

Delfast was a global e-bike innovator recognized for its Guinness World Record: 228 miles on a single charge. After relocating its headquarters from Kyiv to Los Angeles, the company engaged Dodson Consulting as a Fractional CMO to accelerate U.S. market growth.
Partnering with the Founder and Executive Team, we managed a remote marketing team in Ukraine and built collaborations with U.S. agencies. Within nine months, our efforts doubled website traffic, tripled sales, and established Delfast as a sustainability-driven performance brand.
The company eventually closed amid wartime challenges, but our partnership strengthened its U.S. presence and global brand awareness.

The Mindfulness Standard is a global wellness platform and educational initiative that helps Mindfulness Teachers manage their classes and grow their businesses. In partnership with a university, the organization offers quarterly online courses that teach new entrepreneurs how to build their brand, lead with clarity, and expand their reach through effective marketing.
Collaborating with the Founder and academic partners, we co-facilitate international classes that blend business strategy, brand storytelling, and digital tools. The program combines structured instruction with open discussion and problem-solving, helping participants strengthen their confidence, clarity, and community as they grow their practices.
